SHIPPING:

Standard shipping will be handled through the United States Postal Service.  Please provide whatever mailing address you wish your products to be mailed to.  Standard delivery usually takes approximately 3-5 business days.  If you would like for your order to be delivered by FedEx, please make sure you provide a safe residential or commercial physical address.  We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Applicable taxes are based on the location of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY:

• Our company does not offer refunds on products. We encourage anyone with questions or uncertainties to reach out to our team prior to ordering. We will be more than happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have regarding color recommendations, product performance, tips on usage, etc. (We do recommend viewing the colors on a mobile device for much more accuracy.)
• We pack our products with great care to insure that your order arrives in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives with damage due to courier service, we will gladly offer a replacement product. The damaged item must be returned within seven days of receipt. Please include a photograph and/or any comments that may help us in preventing further damaged shipments.
• You may return any courier damaged products to the postal address listed at the bottom of the home page. You will be credited for standard shipping. Just please be considerate of how you pack the shipment and make sure you have a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process a replacement order and mail it to you via standard USPS at our expense. You will be notified via email. (If for any reason you would prefer a different shipping method, you will be responsible for any additional costs.)

• JAMYE SHAW COSMETICS is wholeheartedly committed to providing quality products to our customers.  We have also gone to great lengths to provide accurate color representations to aid in the ordering process.  However, please understand that there will be slight variances in the digital appearances among different computer screens and mobile devices.  Be sure to refer to the color commentaries provided for more clarification.  (Please note that the color representations as shown on a mobile device are much closer to the true colors.)

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
