Lash Primer

This liquid conditioning product comes in a clear tube with a spoolie brush applicator.  It is white in color but dries to be almost clear before mascara is applied.  Its function is to lengthen and thicken the eyelashes prior to a sealing coat of mascara.  It prepares the lashes for mascara as it adds bulk for fuller and plumper lashes.

Apply with the built-in spoolie brush.

Ingredients:  Water (Aqua), Ceresin, Stearic Acid, Oleyl Alcohol, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Potassium Hydroxide, Butylene Glycol, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Extract, PVP, Panthenol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
